Laughter
Heals All
So, LIGHTEN UP, nothing is so serious that
doesn't have a humorous side. I just saw a news story of a man who became
paralyzed and was confined in a wheelchair. Very un-funny. He had brought home an injured
raccoon and was nurturing it back to health. When it was better it proceeded to
run up a tree, the man thought this unwise so proceeded to get a ladder and
climbed up after him. The ladder slipped, the man fell and broke his neck in
two places. Moral, let nature deal with yard rodents. LOL
Enjoy this
process, this journey of self-discovery. But don't obsess over perfection,
there is no such thing. We are all divinely flawed. Delight in your
imperfection; it is this aspect that makes you who you are.
Conclusion
The
Gift of A Day
For someone who’s
already heard an aphorism many times it may become a tired cliché, and lose its
power, but when the saying falls upon fresh ears it may be a revelation. It is
with this in mind that I offer this little saying:
Yesterday is
History
Tomorrow is a
Mystery
There is only
today, that’s we call it the present.
So, use it
wisely. How will you fill your 24 hours? Remember we all receive the same
number of hours yet how is it some of us are able to craft such remarkable
lives and others wallow in mediocrity? Could it be that the achievers seize the
day, they see each day as valuable and fill it with activities that will serve
people, leave people better than when they found them-everyday they move
towards the realization of their dreams, and you can too!
